1. Beat eggs until light and foamy using Speedy Chef.

  2. Add the castor sugar and beat until it becomes thick and pale.

  3. Add vanilla essence, pandan juice, pandan paste and flour little by little.

  4. Scoop into the mold and steam until cooked for about 15min.
