Instructions
- Place red onion, garlic, and ginger together and blend finely using Turbo Chopper.
- Next, finely grind the lemongrass.
- Combine blended ingredients together with soy sauce, lemongrass, turmeric powder, and salt.
- Place chicken into TupperChef® Pressure Cooker.
- Pour in water, close the lid and switch the pressure to number 2 for the first 45 minutes.
- Lower the pressure to number 1 for the last 15 minutes.
- Allow the pressure to decrease before opening the lid.
- Drain the chicken and leave aside until the chicken is dry.
- Heat up the Inspire Wok / Pan till the oil is hot.
- Fry the chicken until cooked through.
- Lastly, fry the mixture, and sprinkle on top of the chicken.

- 1 whole chicken, quartered
- 5 red onions
- 10 cloves garlic
- 5 stalks lemongrass
- 2 inches ginger
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- ½ tbsp salt
- 1 - 1.5 liter water
- Oil for frying
