First, whisk butter and sugar until fluffy with Speedy Chef. Then add in egg and beat well until it expands.
Next, mix in vanilla essence and salt. Transfer the mixture into That's a Bowl.
Meanwhile, grind dried fruits till smooth with Extra Chef.
Start to mix flour in little by little, followed by dried fruits and knead dough until it does not stick to fingers. If dough is too soft, add a little more flour. When dough is thickened, place in M-Press to shape. Press to slightly flatten.
Lastly, bake the biscuits for 15-20 minutes at 160ºC oven temperature.
