Whisk butter and Cheddar cheese with Speedy Chef until soft.
Add egg yolk and egg white into mixture, and whip again until well mixed.
Using Spatula, mix in flour, corn starch, and cashew nuts to form dough.
Transfer the dough into MPress, fitted with Nozzle 6 and cut 2 lines on the label mat.
Place cookie dough on baking sheet and bake in the oven at 150ºC for 15 minutes.
Take cookies out and brush the top with egg yolk, then top with Cheddar cheese.
Bake for another 15 minutes or until well done.
