  1. Follow Simply Sweet Flask cooking instructions on page 9.

  2. Add in sesame oil, white pepper in Step Two and leave it for 8 hours.

  3. Just before serving, sprinkle some chopped spring onions over porridge.


  • 1½ tbsp Rice
  • 2 tbsp Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • ½ tsp Chicken seasoning
  • ½ tsp Sesame oil
  • ¼ tsp Ground white pepper
  • 1 tsp Chopped spring onions
