Instructions

Method

  1. Heat the oven for 10mins at 200°C

  2. Chop the garlic and ginger till fine

  3. Combine all the sauce in a bowl

  4. Then add the chopped ingredients and mix well

  5. Cut the potatoes and carrot into 4 pcs

  6. Add the vegetables in the pot and brush the marinade ingredients and oil over the chicken and leave it for 10 mins

  7. Roast the chicken for about 45 mins - 1 hour at 170°C with the lid on. Then continue roasting for 10-15mins at 200°C without the lid

  • 1 whole chicken (can cut into 4 parts)
  • 4 clove of garlic
  • 1 inch of ginger
  • 3 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 2 russet potatoes
  • 2 carrots
