Method

  1. Cut avocado and put into strainer to crush.

  2. Combine milk, vegetable stock, and lime juice squeezed with strainer.

  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Sprinkle coriander with corn chips before serving.

  • 1 Ripe avocado
  • 100 ml Vegetable stock
  • 50 ml Evaporated milk
  • 1 Lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 stalk Coriander, chopped and crushed
