Method

  1. Cut tomato and pineapple, put into strainer and crush.

  2. Add in the lime juice which is squeezed with strainer.

  3. Then, add salt and pepper as seasonings.

  4. Garnish with coriander for a final touch.

  5. Serve with poached egg and Avocado soup.

  • 2 Red tomato
  • 100 gm Ripe pineapple
  • 2 Limes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 stalk Coriander, chopped
