Method

  1. Peel and coarsely chop kiwi, green apple and grapes.

  2. Little by little, put into strainer and crush.

  3. Turn strainer upwards to squeeze lemon until juice runs dry.

  4. Add sugar and serve with kiwi ice cubes.

  • 2 Kiwi
  • 200 gm Green grapes
  • 1 Lemon
  • ½ Green apple, grated
  • Sugar syrup to taste
