1. Seperate the egg yolk and white.

  2. Put the egg white and icing sugar in Speedy Chef and whisk until foamy.

  3. Add egg yolk to the foamy mixture and whisk evenly.

  4. Add the sifted self-raising flour to the whisked mixture and fold in with Spatula.

  5. Once all mixture is well mixed, fill half of small paper cups with mixture.

  6. Steam the cupcakes with Steam It for 10 minutes and it's ready to serve!


  • 60 gm Self-raising flour
  • 2 whole eggs
