1. Mince fish meat in Fusion Master™ till it is smooth and solid.

  2. Add sugar to the fish meat and mix evenly.

  3. Add in flour. Roll into a soft dough.

  4. Dust some flour on your hand. Form dough into a cylinder shape.

  5. Add in the Keropok into a boiling water.

  6. Keropok can be serve immediately with sauce or deep fry till golden brown.

  7. Sauce

  8. Mix all the seasoning into Inspire Saucepan, stir constantly till sauce thickens.


  • 1 kg Fish meat (Selayang/ Pelaling) wash and scrape the meat
  • 400 gm Sago flour
  • 2 tbsp Potato startch
  • 2 tbsp Fine sugar
  • 2½ tsp Salt
