To start, cut sweet potato into small chunks and boil with salt until tender. Drain and mash. then, add in flour and mix well with Spatula to form a soft dough.
If dough is too soft, add 1-2 tablespoons of flour. When everything is ready, cut dough into M-Press to shape. Repeat until it is complete.
Next, heat oil with Inspire Fryer and fry Kuih Keria until slightly golden colour.
Remove oil. Using the same Inspire Fryer, combine sugar and 1/4 cup of water and cook until sugar thickens. Add in Kuih Keria and coat well till all are evenly coated.
Lastly, remove and let cool. Kuih Leria will now be glazed in sugar.
