Instructions

Method

  1. Use Fusion Master™ to mince chicken or beef.

  2. Combine all seasoning with minced meat in the following order: light soy sauce, caster sugar, five spice powder, fresh ginger juice, sesame oil and pinch of ground white pepper. Mix well.

  3. Add in egg white and stir till mixture binds together. Stir vigorously in one direction. Add in corn starch and cake flour, and stir till mixture is in sticky form. Add water in between the stirring.

  4. Lightly grease a heatproof container (could be glass or toast baking mold), spoon in the meat mixture.

  5. Spoon in meat mixture in 3 batches, each time spread and press out the layer evenly to remove any air bubbles. Cover the container and steam over Steam It for about 40 mins or until cook through. Cool down completely before slicing.

  6. To serve, pan fry the slices till golden brown or chill the remaining in fridge for 3-4 days.

  8. If using beef cut it into cube before putting into Fusion Master™.

  • 1 tbsp Cake flour (low protein flour)
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Caster sugar
  • 1 tsp Five spice powder
  • 1 tbsp Fresh ginger juice
  • 2 tsp Sesame oil
  • Ground white pepper
