1. Using Inspire Fryer, pour some oil and fry the mushrooms until cooked. Set aside to cool.

  2. Place the cooked mushrooms and the remaining ingredients into a Turbo Chopper and chop till smooth.

  3. Serve immediately with cheese crackers. Store remaining Mushroom Butter in refrigerator for not more than 3 days.


  • 200 gm Button mushrooms
  • 2 Spring onion
  • 200 ml Oil
  • 100 gm Soft butter
  • 50 gm Bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper
