1. Combine all ingredients A in That's a Bowl and mix well. Ensure grated coconut and flour are mixed thoroughly then knead the dough till it doesn't stick in hand.

  2. Next, insert dough into M-Press and shape with nozzle. Cut into desired size and sligtly flatten the dough.

  3. Heat oil in Inspire Fryer and deep fry the cake till slightly golden. Remove from oil and drain.

  4. Meanwhile, place sugar and water into the Inspire Saucepan and cook until sugar is melted.

  5. After the sugar has melted, add paper cake into Inspire Saucepan and mix well. This is to ensure the paper cake is coated evenly with sugar water.
