1. Add water into Inspire Casserole Pot and let it boil.

  2. Once boil, add in the agar agar strips and let it cook till it dissolve in the water.

  3. Next, add in the sugar and stir.

  4. Using Speedy Chef, whisk eggs till fluffy.

  5. Add in the coconut milk and continue to whisk.

  6. Once the sugar has dissolve in the Inspire Casserole Pot, add in the pandan juice and the eggs+coconut milk batter.

  7. Stir for about 1 minute and add in salt.

  8. Mix well and turn off fire.

  9. Pour the mixture into Ring N Serve or silicon cups.

  10. Allow the puding to set in the fridge for about 30-45 minutes before serving.


  • 25 g agar agar strip
  • 1.4 L water
  • 130 g sugar
  • 50 ml pandan juice (extract from 5-6 pandan leaves)
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • pinch of salt
