1. Put ingredients – red bean + pandan leaves + orange peel + water into TupperChef Pressure Cooker
  2. Turn Pressure Knob to #2 (High Pressure)
  3. Turn fire to high, let pressure build until Cooking Indicator Ring rises to 2nd Green Ring (or Red Ring)
  4. Once Cooking Indicator Ring rises to 2nd Green Ring or Red Ring, reduce cooking fire to mid-fire (adjust cooking fire until 2nd Green Ring rises constantly)  
  5. Pressure Cook Red Bean on Pressure #2 (High Pressure) for 30 Minutes
  6. Off cooking fire, turn Pressure Knob to #1 for Natural Pressure Release
  7. Once Cooking Ring Indicator deflates, turn Pressure Knob to #0

PRO-TIPS: For thicker consistency, pressure cook for another 15 minutes
