Instructions
- Put ingredients – red bean + pandan leaves + orange peel + water into TupperChef Pressure Cooker
- Turn Pressure Knob to #2 (High Pressure)
- Turn fire to high, let pressure build until Cooking Indicator Ring rises to 2nd Green Ring (or Red Ring)
- Once Cooking Indicator Ring rises to 2nd Green Ring or Red Ring, reduce cooking fire to mid-fire (adjust cooking fire until 2nd Green Ring rises constantly)
- Pressure Cook Red Bean on Pressure #2 (High Pressure) for 30 Minutes
- Off cooking fire, turn Pressure Knob to #1 for Natural Pressure Release
- Once Cooking Ring Indicator deflates, turn Pressure Knob to #0
PRO-TIPS: For thicker consistency, pressure cook for another 15 minutes
