Method

  1. Cook sugar syrup.

  2. Add grated lemon zest while boiling.

  3. Allow mixture to cool while removing lemon zest.

  4. Then turn strainer upwards to squeeze the lemon.

  5. To finish, mix sugar syrup with lemon juice.

Ingredients

  • 250 gm Sugar
  • 250 ml Water
  • 1 kg Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Lemon zest, grated
  • 500 ml Water
