Method

  1. Cut watermelon, put into strainer and crush until fine.

  2. Remove pulp from strainer, chop coarsely and mix into base.

  3. Squeeze lime with strainer turned upwards.

  4. Mix all ingredients and serve with ice cubes.

Ingredients

  • 200 gm Red watermelon
  • 2 Lime, cut in half
  • 2 cm Ginger, grated
  • 4 Peppermint leaves, coarsely chopped
  • Ice cubes
