Instructions

Method

  1. Roughly chop the chillies and red onions, and place them in the Turbo Chopper along with the rest of the ingredients except for the cooking oil, and mince finely.

  2. Add the cooking oil and mix until well blended.

  3. Serve the Assam Sambal with grilled fish.

  • 5 Red bird's eye chillies
  • 3 Red onions
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ Fresh lime (squeezed)
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil
