1. 1. Roughly chop the chillies and place them inside the Turbo Chopper along with garlic and galangal. Minced finely.

  2. 2. Add the tempeh, salt, and cooking oil, and mince until smooth.

  3. 3. Serve the Tempeh Galangal Sambal with warm rice and vegetables.


  • 1 Big red chilli
  • 5 Green/ red bird's eye chillies
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 inches Galangal
  • 100 gm Fried or grilled tempeh (cut into cubes)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil
