1. Roughly chop chillies and place inside the Turbo Chopper and mince finely.

  2. Add in the fresh lime juice, salt, palm sugar and fish. Mince until smooth.

  3. Serve the Sambal Tuk Tuk with white rice, fried chicken and vegetables.


  • 4 Big red chillies
  • 4 Red bird's eye chillies
  • 50 gm Snakehead (deboned and fried)
  • 1 Fresh lime (squeezed)
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Palm sugar
