1. Prepare chicken mix: in a large bowl, combine all the seasonings.

  2. Assemble dumpling:

  3. Spoon 1 tablespoon of chicken mix into the center of wonton wrapper.

  4. Rub edges of wonton wrapper with water, then fold it in a half-moon shape.

  5. Lastly, pinch the edges to seal the dumpling.

  6. Cook dumplings:

  7. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  8. Add dumplings, cook until golden and crisp, 2-3 mins per side.


  • 450 gm Ground chicken
  • 90 ml Diced shiitake mushroom
  • 2 cloves Pressed garlic
  • 2 Thinly sliced green onions
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Grated ginger
  • 1 tsp Rice vinegar
  • ΒΌ tsp White pepper
