Method
Prepare chicken mix: in a large bowl, combine all the seasonings.
Assemble dumpling:
Spoon 1 tablespoon of chicken mix into the center of wonton wrapper.
Rub edges of wonton wrapper with water, then fold it in a half-moon shape.
Lastly, pinch the edges to seal the dumpling.
Cook dumplings:
Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add dumplings, cook until golden and crisp, 2-3 mins per side.
Ingredients
- 450 gm Ground chicken
- 90 ml Diced shiitake mushroom
- 2 cloves Pressed garlic
- 2 Thinly sliced green onions
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Grated ginger
- 1 tsp Rice vinegar
- ΒΌ tsp White pepper
