Wash and peel potatoes, then cut them in half.
Next, use Mando Chef with straight/ wave blade to slice potatoes. (For straight blade: Set dialer 1 to 0 and dialer 2 to lock mode. For wave blade: Set dialer 1 to 1 and dialer 2 to lock mode.)
After slicing, soak potatoes in cold water and salt for 30 minutes.
Drain and make sure the potatoes are dry before frying.
Heat the oil and fry till golden brown over low heat.
Meanwhile, mix Nestum, curry powder, chili powder, chicken stock powder, salt and sugar into Turbo Chopper and chop till fine.
Lastly, coat potatoes with flavoring mixture. Your spicy potato chips are now ready to be served.
