Method

  1. First, peel the skin off and boil tapioca till soft.

  2. Next, mash tapioca until smooth and put in estimated amount of honey in each 300gm dough.

  3. Place mixture into M-Press and shape. Repeat this process till complete.

  4. Finally, roll tapioca into the grated coconut and serve. Best paired with afternoon tea.

  • 4-5 Tapioca
  • 3-4 tbsp Honey
  • ½ White grated coconut
  • A little salt
