1. Use Fusion Master™ to mince the meat & fish. Mix the minced meats with other ingredients evenly.

  2. Using a mini spatula, take some filling and stuff into the vegetable cavity. Make sure the fillings are full and firm.

  3. In an Inspire Fryer, pour in some oil, deep-fry the vegetables until the vegetables are slightly soft and meat are cooked. Drain and set aside. (It is advisable that your deep frying be done in stages in accordance to thee type of vegetable)

  4. In an Inspire Wok, oyster sauce, saute the garlic until fragrant.

  5. Add water, oyster sauce, sugar and bring it to a boil. Simmer for 2 minutes, then add in corn starch mixture and cook till it thickens. Add in fried Yong Tau Foo in a single layer and let it cook for 6-8 minutes.

  6. To serve, spoon it into a shallow dish with some gravy and sprinkle some chopped spring onion over it.


  • 400 gm Minced meat
  • 400 gm Fish meat
  • 3 Shiitake mushrooms, soaked and chopped with Turbo Chopper
  • 2-3 sprigs Coriander or spring onion
  • 10-20 gm Salted fish
  • 1 tbsp Castor sugar
  • 1 tbsp Corn starch
  • pinches Salt
  • Dashes of white pepper
  • Vegetables of your choice
  • ½ Small bitter gourd, deseed cut in 1cm thickness
  • 5 Red chili, deseed
  • 5 Green chili, deseed
  • 5 Ladies finger, deseed
  • 5 Tofu puff, cut into half
  • 1 Small eggplant, cut into 2cm thickness and divide into half
  • Gravy Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1.5 tbsp Corn starch mixed with 5 tbsp of water
  • 4 stalks Spring onion, chopped
