Use Fusion Master™ to mince the meat & fish. Mix the minced meats with other ingredients evenly.
Using a mini spatula, take some filling and stuff into the vegetable cavity. Make sure the fillings are full and firm.
In an Inspire Fryer, pour in some oil, deep-fry the vegetables until the vegetables are slightly soft and meat are cooked. Drain and set aside. (It is advisable that your deep frying be done in stages in accordance to thee type of vegetable)
In an Inspire Wok, oyster sauce, saute the garlic until fragrant.
Add water, oyster sauce, sugar and bring it to a boil. Simmer for 2 minutes, then add in corn starch mixture and cook till it thickens. Add in fried Yong Tau Foo in a single layer and let it cook for 6-8 minutes.
To serve, spoon it into a shallow dish with some gravy and sprinkle some chopped spring onion over it.
