1. Use Turbo Chopper to chop hard-boiled egg to your desired texture and transfer to a large bowl.

  2. Combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, mustard, tabasco sauce, salt and cream cheese in the same bowl with chopped eggs. Mix all ingredients evenly in the bowl until mixture is light and smooth.

  3. Refrigerate for at least one hour.

  4. Garnish with paprika or cayenne pepper. Serve with breadsticks or fresh veggie sticks.


  • 6 Hard-boiled eggs
  • ½ cup Plain Greek yogurt
