Mince the sirloin steak with Fusion Master™, from the minced meat into burger shape and set aside.
Cut the burger bun into half. With Inspire Fryer, put some cooking oil. When the fryer is hot, put the burger bun inner part to grill until it is golden brown. Set aside.
In Inspire Fryer, add in some oil. When it is hot, place the burger patty. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on top of the patty. Press it down with spatula.
About 2 minutes later, turn the patty to the other side, sprinkle some salt and pepper on the patty. Top the Mozzarella cheese on the patty, sprinkle some water in the fryer, cover the lid and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
Cut tomato, onions into slices. To assemble burger, put lettuce leaves onto prepared buns, place with tomato slice, beef patty, cheese and onions. Top with prepared sauce* and serve.
Chop dill pickle with Turbo Chopper. Mix all other ingredients evenly in Speedy Chef. Serve with burger patty.
