* The sizzling sauce can be prepared according to individual taste.
* Add more water for more sauce, add less water for a thicker sauce.
* This dish can be decorated with basil leaves and cherry tomatoes.


  1. Slice ginger and grate garlic finely with Turbo Chopper

  2. Soak dry chillies till soft and cut into small pieces

  3. Heat Chef Series Sauce Pan with some oil, then add in ginger slices, grated garlic, dry chillies and mix well. Mix in chili paste and cook till oil separates

  4. Add in chicken and mushrooms. Mix well and close the lid. Let chicken simmer 2-3 minutes

  5. Then, add in oyster sauce, soy sauce, water, salt, sugar and pepper

  6. Allow sizzling sauce to cook for a while on medium heat

  7. Thicken the mixture with cornflour

  8. Lastly, add in cherry tomatoes, mix well and turn off the heat. Your sizzling sauce is ready to serve with pasta


  • 200 gram cooked spaghetti
  • 4-5 pieces chicken
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 6 dried chilies
  • 10 shitake mushrooms, soaked
  • 5-10 cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 6-8 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 500-700 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour (mixed with a little water to form a paste)
  • salt (to taste)
  • sugar (to taste)
  • black pepper powder (to taste)
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
