1. Mince the chicken using Fusion Master™. Add in the rest of the ingredients, mix well and marinade using Season Serve and keep in the fridge for a day.

  2. Line a baking sheet on the table-top and spread the marinated minced chicken. Cover with a layer of cling-wrap on top. Spread a think layer minced chicken evenly with hand. Remove cling-wrap, place the baking sheet on the baking tray.

  3. Bake minced meat in the pre-heated oven at 100ºC for 15mins. Remove from oven, pour away the excess meat juices. Cut meat slice into desired size.

  4. Transfer meat slice to the baking tray. Set oven to 230ºC. Put baking tray into the oven on 2nd top rack. Line a piece of new baking sheet on the baking pan, and place it at the bottom of the baking rack to collect the meat juice during grilling process.

  5. Grill the meat slices for 15mins (or more) or until the meat slice is charred at the side considerably. Grilling time depends on the size of the meat slice. Keep an eye on it and adjust grilling time accordingly to suit individual preferred result.


  • 600 gm Chicken with fats
  • Seasoning
  • 120 gm Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon powder
  • Red coloring (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil
