Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in That's a Bowl except for cornstarch and cooking chocolate.

  2. To make a paste, dilute corn startch with 4 tablespoons of water. Then, add the paste into mixture and mix well with Spatula.

  3. Next, place mixture in M-Press. Press to shape Chocolate Coconut.

  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

  5. Meanwhile, melt cooking chocolate with Micro Pitcher in microwave for 1 min at medium heat.

  6. When time is up, remove chilled mixture from the refrigerator and roll in chocolate sauce.

  7. Your 'homemade' chocolate is now ready to serve.

Ingredients

  • 320 gm Grated coconut
  • 1 cup Icing sugar
  • ½ cup Condensed milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 200 gm Cooking chocolate
