1. Preheat Inspire Fryer, then put in butter and sugar.

  2. Stir well until sugar has melted, and add in coconut as well as condensed milk. Stir the mixture over slow fire until slightly dry.

  3. Next, chill for a moment and place candy mixture into M-Press by selecting the appropriate nozzle.

  4. Push down for the end results according to desired shape.

  5. Finally, allow coconut candy to cool and harden before serving.


  • 500 gm Young grated coconut
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter
