Method

  1. Use Turbo Chopper to chop garlic and transfer to a bowl.

  2. Mix garlic with butter, cheese, parsley flakes, salt and pepper until smooth.

  3. Place the garlic spread on bread slices, sprinkle parsley flakes ove the top.

  4. Preheat oven at 160ºC and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

  5. Store extra garlic spread in refrigerator.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • 5 Garlic cloves
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated (option to replace with powder)
  • 1 tbsp Parsley, flakes extra for toppings
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
