Instructions
- In the shaker, add coconut milk, corn starch, salt and chili powder. Shake to combine.
- If using, chop garlic and scallion using the Turbo Chopper then combine with the prawns.
- Heat oil in the Universal Cookware 24 cm Frypan on high heat.
- Sear prawns for 20 sec. on each side.
- Lower the heat to medium, add contents of the shaker and allow to cook without cover for 2 min., stirring occasionally.
- Serve immediately with rice or noodles.

- 5 ml corn starch (±1 tsp)
- 2 ml salt (±1/2 tsp)
- Chili powder to taste
- 1 garlic clove (peeled) (optional)
- 1 scallion (white part only) (optional)
- 400 g raw shelled prawns (±14 oz)
- 5 ml oil for cooking (±1 tsp)
