  • 200 ml coconut milk (±3/4 cup)
  • 5 ml corn starch (±1 tsp)
  • 2 ml salt (±1/2 tsp)
  • Chili powder to taste
  • 1 garlic clove (peeled) (optional)
  • 1 scallion (white part only) (optional)
  • 400 g raw shelled prawns (±14 oz)
  • 5 ml oil for cooking (±1 tsp)
  1. In the shaker, add coconut milk, corn starch, salt and chili powder. Shake to combine.
  2. If using, chop garlic and scallion using the Turbo Chopper then combine with the prawns.
  3. Heat oil in the Universal Cookware 24 cm Frypan on high heat.
  4. Sear prawns for 20 sec. on each side.
  5. Lower the heat to medium, add contents of the shaker and allow to cook without cover for 2 min., stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve immediately with rice or noodles.
