1. Marinated the chicken with salt and white pepper
  2. Heat up the Tupperchef Inspire Fryer with sesame oil
  3. Then add the chopped garlic,chicken.mushroom and mix well
  4. Let it cook for a few minutes
  5. Add in oyster sauce, sweet sauce, water, and glutinous rice
  6. Stir and mix well and let it cook for about 2-3minute
  7. Then transfer it into silicon cupcake or aluminum casing
  8. Heat up the Tupperchef Inspire Fryer and follow the water level of our Steam It
  9. Steam the Pulut Ayam Cendawan for about 15-20min or till cooked

* Water level and sesame oil are based on individual preference. You can reduce or add more.


  • 220gm glutinous rice
  • 1pc of chicken breast- cut into small cubes
  • 2pc shitake mushroom/fresh mushroom- cut into small pieces
  • 1inch ginger-slice into small pieces
  • 2 ginger- finely chopped
  • 1 spring onion slice into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 3-4 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • White pepper –to taste
  • Salt-to taste
