For Pulut

  1. Soak glutinous rice with turmeric powder and asam keping for about 2-3 hours.
  2. Wash and drain it.
  3. Heat up the pan and follow the water level of our steam It.
  4. Add in salt. Mix well and steam glutinous rice for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove glutinous rice from Steam It and transfer into That’s A Bowl.
  6. Add coconut milk and mix well.
  7. Transfer back glutinous rice into Steam It to steam for another 5-7 minutes
  8. Set aside

For Sambal Bilis

  1. Soak the anchovies and drain it
  2. Chopped the red onion and garlic using the Turbo Chopper
  3. Slice the red big onion
  4. Heat the Tupperchef Inspire Fryer, add in the oil
  5. Once the oil is hot, pour in the chop onion and garlic, stir and let it cook for a while
  6. Then add the chili paste and continue to stir. Let the chili to be cook for a few minutes
  7. Add water accordingly, anchovies and asam keping. Let it cook for about 10min

For Pulut

  • 220gm glutinous rice
  • 50ml coconut milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric poweder
  • 1 pc of asam keping

 

For Sambal Bilis

  • 100gm anchovies
  • 5 red onions
  • 3 garlic
  • 1 big red onion
  • 3 table spoon chili paste
  • 3 table spoon tamarind juice
  • 5 table spoon oil
  • Water accordingly
  • Salt and sugar to taste
