Instructions

Method

  1. Separate the 2 egg whites and yolks.

  2. Put the egg whites into Speedy Chef and whisk it until firm and stiff.

  3. Add the sugar in the egg whites and continue to whisk until it is well mixed.

  4. Add the egg yolks in the mixture and continue to whisk until it forms a foamy texture.

  5. Fold in flour into mixture with a Spatula.

  6. Fill the mixture into the Cupcake Silicone and steam it for 10 minutes and it's ready to serve!
