1. Remove stems and seeds from chili.

  2. Place chilies, garlic and caster sugar into Turbo Chopper and pull cord to chop finely.

  3. Remove chopped ingredients from Turbo Chopper and mix with fish sauce, rice vinegar and lime juice evenly to serve.


  • 50 gm Red chili
  • 50 gm Bird's eye chili
  • 100 gm Caster sugar
  • 55 ml Fish sauce
  • 55 ml Rice vinegar
  • 60 ml Lime juice
