Method

  1. Soak chana dal overnight. Blend the dal till fine using Extra Chef.

  2. Meanwhile, coarsely grind green chili and curry leaf with Turbo Chopper.

  3. Now, combine all ingredients into That's a Bowl, and mix well. Season with salt according to your taste.

  4. Place the mixture into M-Press, then shape and cut into regular sizes.

  5. Lastly, heat oil and fry Vada until golden brown.

Ingredients

  • 150 gm Chana dal- soaked
  • 1 Large onion
  • 3 Green chilies- seeded
  • 2-3 sprigs of curry leaves
  • 4 tbsp Rice flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
